Pandan, the vanilla of southeast Asia. A modified recipe from Aunty Sally by using Pure Pandan Juice and fresh Coconut Milk. Soft and Fluffy Pandan Chiffon sandwich with Pandan Custard. Top with thin layer of pandan Agar-Agar to gives extra refreshing texture for the pandan Cake. That’s the Unique Recipe from Aunty Sally. There is not dairy cream in this cake and less sweet. It is perfect for those who don’t like Dairy cream or mousse cake.
