Handmade Stollen with all natural and premium ingredient. We are using Natural Yeast (levain) to leaven the bread. It is filled with generous amount of dried fruits, nuts and homemade marzipan. After perfectly baked , the stollen will be immerse with clarified butter and covered with icing sugar and trehalose.
