Upon key in your postcode during check out, deliver charges will be shown as requested.

All delivery will be send out according to your chosen time slot.

Do ensure there will be somebody at the receiving point to receive the goods. 5 minute waiting time will be allow beyond that, any additional charges shall bare by the customer for long waiting time or fault address.

Self pick up is available at Taman Connaught Cheras, between 12 noon – 6pm. 

All our cake can last for 3 days refrigerated. However, it depends on refrigerator condition too.

We will suggest to consume within 24 – 48 hours.

We will suggest to place your order 5 days in advance to avoid disappointment. For customized cake will required a minimum 14 days advance order.

Sadly no, our cake does contains flours, eggs, and butter.

You may cancel your order 3 days in advance. However, there will be 30% of processing fees to be charged.

Yes. By default of 1 candle, plastic knife and birthday topper is provided. You may also “add on” for special candle or topper from our web store.

Yes. We do provide message card. Just leave your message on the ‘message tab’ during check out

• Upon key in postcode during check out, delivery charges will be shown as requested, all delivery will be send out accordingly.
• For fault and incomplete address, cake will automatically marked as self pick option, and may pick up at our location (do remember to double triple check address upon key in)
• Our driver doesn’t deliver UP to the unit/restaurant for high rise building (eg. office tower, shopping malls, condos or apartment) driver will call upon arrival and meet at main entrance /lobby /guard house with 10 min waiting time.
• Upon driver arriving, and failure on receiving cake due to no body at home, cake will automatically send to our store, pick up is available. Hence, freshness of the cakes can’t be guaranteed.
